Dormont Borough – The 2025 Dormont Day July Fourth Celebration will take place on Friday, July 4, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Dormont Pool parking lot and hillside. There will be live music and food, with fireworks starting around 9:30 p.m.

You don’t have to be in the Steel City tailgating to throw a fun, Steelers fan-centric barbeque for the 4th of July. Most fans have the gear that would spice up a local get-together whether they’re in California, New York, or in between.

Consumer fireworks have been legal for residents in Pennsylvania for years now, but there are some restrictions. Cities, including the three in the Lehigh Valley, can implement their own limits. Ahead of the July 4 holiday, local police departments are encouraging residents to be aware of the rules in place, and to be safe around fireworks.
