On Monday at 1:23 p.m. the National Weather Service released a heat advisory valid for Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Bristol, Plymouth and Barnstable counties.
On Wednesday at 12:36 p.m. a heat advisory was issued by the NWS Eureka CA valid from Friday 11 a.m. until Saturday 11 p.m. for Northwestern Mendocino Interior and Southeastern Mendocino Interior.
Extreme heat is forecast to blanket the metro area from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with hot and humid conditions feeling like 100 degrees. That has triggered a heat advisory from the National Weather Service, which also issued a flood watch for the region from 2 p.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday, as storms are expected to move in.
The advisory was issued for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley. "Temperatures will continue to cool this evening, so the advisory was allowed to expire," says the National Weather Service. Stay hydrated: Keep yourself well-hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
