Satellite and microwave imagery clearly show an eye wall starting to form, confirming that the system continues to strengthen. The big story tonight is a slight jog toward the southwest, which brings the center closer to Cebu and Northeastern Mindanao, including Siargao. This change shifts the most intense winds farther south, putting more of central Visayas in the path of stronger impacts
