Freezer clean out -> bone broth. You can do this with any piece of meat! Beef, chicken, deer… Anything. The fat cap on top doesn’t bother me, but if you want to let the broth cool once it’s in your jars, scoop the fat cap off and then top off with more liquid to get that half inch headspace, you can do that.
